Product Returns
- Items that are unopened and unused can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount based on the order value.
- If the order was shipped free of charge or paid, the return cost will be deducted according to the courier’s rate.
- Food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
